Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your account through our help centre to track your order.

If you haven't received the email containing your tracking information, it's possible that your email address wasn't added to your order. Don't worry, you can contact our team with your shipping address, and we will promptly provide you with the necessary tracking details.

What if my tracking hasn't updated?

Tracking numbers usually update with couriers every 24-48 hours, but it's important to note that additional delays can occur during the transit of your order.

Please monitor your tracking information to determine if your order has been delayed by the courier, possibly due to issues like an incorrect address or customs fees.

If your tracking information hasn't been updated in a few days, there's no need to be concerned; your order should still be in transit. However, if your tracking details haven't been updated in 5 or more working days, please reach out to us, and we will promptly investigate the matter. We sincerely apologise if this situation arises.

If your discover that you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, please notify us immediately. If your order has already been shipped with the incorrect or incomplete address, it is advisable to contact the courier promptly, as they may be able to assist in resolving the issue. 

Crucial Notice: If you input an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, and as a result, your order goes missing or is delivered to that location, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing the order to your preferred address.
