If Customs Duty is mandated by your jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to make the payment to the relevant authorities. The requirement for Customs Duty, as well as the amount payable, is contingent on the specific regulations of your country.

In the event that Customs Duty is applicable, the amount to be paid is typically determined by assessing the value of the goods and the nature of the imported items.

Duties and taxes do not apply to UK orders.

US

All orders below $800 will incur no customs charges. For orders over this amount it is the customer responsibility to pay for the customs charges.

If you decide to refuse the customs fee, your parcel will be returned to us. Once returned to us a refund will be issued but a shipping and handling fee will be ducted from your refund.

EU (Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Ireland)

Import taxes and duties will be added to your checkout, your order will then be delivered with duties & taxes pre-paid.

Rest of the World

International shipping time and cost will vary depending on location. Customs fees may apply to your order depending on your location.
