What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?Updated 6 months ago
In the rare instance that you have received incorrect items, an incorrect order, or damaged items, please reach out to us with the following information. We will make every effort to resolve this issue as promptly as possible.
- Name and email address
- Order number
- Item name/description
- Photos that show - the fault as clearly as possible/the wrong item you have received. Full length photo of the item and the barcode from the items packaging.
All claims for orders arriving damaged, or with missing/wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
