Our return policy extends for a period of 14 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you to request a return during this timeframe. We will not accept orders to be returned outside of this timeframe.

It's important to note that if an item is returned to us in a damaged or unsuitable condition, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible. All items are thoroughly inspected upon return.

Please be aware that, as per our return policy, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, and regrettably, we do not provide a free return service. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return process.
