Our return and exchange policy spans 14 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you to request either a return or an exchange within this period.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

It's important to note that if an item is returned to us in a damaged or unsuitable condition, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible. All items are thoroughly inspected upon return.

Additionally, please be aware that our return policy mandates customers to bear the cost of returning items, and unfortunately, we do not provide a free return service. We strongly recommend opting for a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return process. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
